Pirates! The Penzance Musical

I worked on a 360 campaign for the Broadway show Pirates! The Penzance Musical! The campaign included multiple TV spots, out-of-home placements, and a social campaign focused on its popular Broadway stars.

Stage-First Storytelling

Along with the 15 second star-driven TV spot (above) that highlighted the show's Broadway talent, I also created an alternate 30 second version that leaned more heavily on show footage. This version aimed to give viewers a vivid taste of the production itself letting the footage and the edit speak louder than graphics.

With a focus on performance and staging, this cut brought the spectacle of Pirates! The Penzance Musical! directly to the screen, offering a more immersive and show-centric take on the campaign.

A Showstopper for the Sidewalk

I also created a short-form video for LinkNYC terminals that blended footage of the cast with bold, eye-catching graphics. Designed for a fast-paced New York audience, the piece had to grab attention instantly whether someone was walking by or stopping to watch. The goal was to deliver all key info at a glance while still reflecting the over-the-top energy and charm of the show.
